Cheryl Krostewitz is Director of Programs with the Manitoba Non-Profit Housing Association (MNPHA) and responsible for oversight of the Rent Relief Fund, a program funded by the Province of Manitoba.  Cheryl has worked in the non-profit housing community for over 20 years and is passionate about affordable housing, advocating for access to housing and helping to build a more equitable system for housing access. Cheryl recognizes the importance of the National Rent Bank Coalition as well as this research project as a vehicle to provide support for other provinces / communities.
