Gladys Wong is the Executive Director at Neighbourhood Information Post. She holds a Masters degree in Social Work from University of Toronto. She helped found the Toronto Rent Bank in 1998 and also helped create the Energy Assistance Programs in Toronto. Neighbourhood Information Post also operates one of the largest trusteeship programs in Toronto. Apart from homelessness prevention work, Gladys also has experience working with seniors and immigrants. Gladys and her team are excited to be a part of the National Rent Bank. They are passionate about working with other Rent Bank Programs in the country on improving the lives of low-income tenants in the country.
