Melissa Jeffrey is the Program Manager of the City of London’s Housing Stability Bank program which assists low income individuals and families with rental and utility arrears and last months rent deposits. Melissa has extensive working knowledge of the program and worked in a frontline role for several years before being promoted to her current leadership role. Melissa studied at Fanshawe College and has both her Social Service Worker Diploma and a Certificate in Non for Profit Leadership. Melissa works with many community partners and programs to ensure her program is responsive and meets the unique needs of her community. Participating in the National Rent Bank Coalition is an opportunity for further growth and learning within the Housing Stability Bank by utilizing the shared experiences of those doing similar work.
